Terms of service — Carroll Studios

By booking a service with Carroll Studios, you agree to the following terms.

BOOKINGS

A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation through the Carroll Studios booking platform. You are responsible for ensuring Carroll Studios has full access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockbox codes, gate codes, Supra access, or agent access as needed. The property should be clean, staged, and shoot-ready upon arrival. If the property is not ready when we arrive and the shoot is shortened or must be rescheduled, the full booking charge applies. Any reshoot is booked as a new appointment at standard rates.

SERVICE AREA

Carroll Studios serves the greater Chattanooga region, including surrounding communities throughout Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia. Properties located outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee, quoted and agreed upon before the shoot is confirmed. If you are unsure whether your property falls within our service area, contact us before booking.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

More than 24 hours before your appointment: no charge, full refund or credit. Within 24 hours: 50% of the booking total is charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the booking total is charged. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation.

If weather prevents drone operations or exterior photography, Carroll Studios will notify you as early as possible. We may complete interior services and return for exterior and drone at no additional charge, or reschedule the full appointment with no penalty to either party.

ADD-ONS

Additional services, including the Listing Reel, may be added to any listing booking. Add-ons are priced separately at their standard rate and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

BRANDING PARTNERSHIPS

Branding partnerships are relationship-based and accepted on a limited, invitation basis. Branding partners receive ongoing content production as outlined in their individual partnership terms. Branding partners may also book standard listing services, which are governed by these same Terms of Service. Branding partnership content is scheduled collaboratively, and content sessions follow the same cancellation and rescheduling terms above unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring branding services require written notice at least 15 days before the next billing period to pause or cancel.

DELIVERY

Standard turnaround times from shoot completion: photos within 24 hours, videos and social reels in 48 hours, floor plans in 24–48 hours, property websites delivered with photos. These are targets, not guarantees. Carroll Studios will communicate any delays.

One revision round is included on all video deliverables. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days may be treated as a new order. Additional revision rounds are available for $75 per video. Photo deliverables are considered final upon delivery.

DIGITAL ENHANCEMENTS

Certain services, such as digital twilight and virtual staging, involve digital alteration of images. When media is digitally enhanced, the agent is solely responsible for ensuring proper disclosure of altered images in accordance with MLS rules and applicable real estate regulations.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of booking. Promotional codes are one use per agent account and do not stack with other discounts or offers. A $50 referral credit is issued when a referred agent completes their first paid shoot. Credits carry no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and do not expire. Balances unpaid 30 days after the invoice date incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. Carroll Studios may withhold delivery of media until all outstanding balances are paid.

TEXT MESSAGING

By providing your mobile phone number when booking, you consent to receive text messages from Carroll Studios, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and marketing messages such as special offers, promotions, and discounts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Transactional messages about your active bookings may still be sent as needed to fulfill our services.

USAGE RIGHTS

Upon full payment, Carroll Studios grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use all delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes, including MLS, social media, print, and digital advertising. Media may not be resold or sublicensed to third parties. Carroll Studios retains the right to use all delivered media in its own portfolio, website, and marketing content. If you wish to restrict portfolio usage, notify Carroll Studios in writing before the shoot.

LIABILITY

Carroll Studios' liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. Carroll Studios is not responsible for lost listings, lost sales, or any indirect or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
